4. DELIVERY & TRANSFER
Company documents and login credentials will be delivered via encrypted email or secure file transfer within the agreed timeframe (48–72 hours depending on service). Ownership transfer documents are included where applicable.
5. FEES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before any service is rendered. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cryptocurrency (on request), and third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Wise).
6. NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital and legal services, no refunds or chargebacks will be granted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

If nominee directors or shareholders are used, a separate agreement applies. You may not misuse or misrepresent the nominee’s identity.

10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access to services without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail KYC verification.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed.
